Yes, but you need to introduce them slowly during a break-in period:

I see Dr. Merani for orthotics and he is the nicest person ever!! We were having troubles finding the correct fit for the orthotics but every time I would come back to adjust, him and the whole team were always welcoming and there was no hassle at all! (even though I felt bad).
